We recently took a trip to our old alma mater and it brought back so many memories! We stayed at the La Paloma which proved to be such a family friendly resort. The resort was absolutely beautiful it filled with picturesque views, proximity to town and great golf! If you’re taking a little family getaway to Tucson, I highly recommend La Paloma, theres truly something for everyone!

Since Tucson is amongst one of my favorite little weekend getaways, I wanted to create a top 5 list of my favorite local eats. See below for my top 5 favorite restaurants that won’t disappoint.

1. Blanco Taco : Enjoy some fresh flavor at Blanco Taco & Tequila Bar. They have incredible views, amazing atmosphere and out of this world Tacos! 1. Sausage Deli :Sausage deli is a college favorite for sure. Home to the most incredible grinder sandwich …like eve. These fresh flavors won’t disappoint a hungry college student or just about anyone else. 1. Bison Witches: Take a walk down 4th street and enjoy Tucson’s most interesting street. Stop in at Bison Witches for the most incredible Potato soup. This place will fill you up at a reasonable price and it surely won’t disappoint. 326 N 4th AveTucson, AZ 85705Pie Allen

1. Blue Willow: A local college favorite. Breakfast and brunch at Blue Willow is absolutely incredible. Try their banana pancakes and enjoy their huge portions. This cute little restaurant has been around forever and it is truly a local favorite. 2616 N Campbell AveTucson, AZ 85719Campbell-Grant
