Amongst Stringfields

I am in the midst of closing a major chapter of my life and I am nervous about the transition ahead. I am constantly worried about the details and how things will play out in the end and it is in these worried moments that I know I need to cling to God more than anything. Of course its easier said than done but, I found myself reaching out to the Lord, praying for him to watch over me and to ease my worries. Praying for Him to lead me, to give me strength, direction and the ability to trust in Him in all that I do. And when I needed it see it most He answered my prayer and showed me a verse I needed to see more than anything. The verse read, ” So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have its own worries, each day will have worries of its own.” from Matthew 6:23. It was a clear that His message to me was to pray more & worry less, because every day will have problems of its own. It is amazing to see how amazingly sovereign God truly is. These moments put me in complete awe of Gods power, even when I have feelings of reluctance and distance He somehow reveals His grace & unending love.

No matter what path God wants me to take next, I will be exactly where I am supposed to be. Here’s to moving forward knowing that I am so fortunate to have family, friends and God on my side. Here’s to new adventures and just a little faith.

I recently did a to do a photoshoot with Yasmin Campos, from Coffee Creative photographyand every time we get together we have an absolute blast and her talent never ceases to amaze me. She has a a way of capturing the most beautiful moments in a way that leaves you truly speechless. When I was looking for an outfit for this shoot, I knew I wanted to wear an off the shoulder top.
